Samuk汽油/ LPG叉车在设计和制造中采用最新的人体工程学技术和概念。该叉车具有低拥有成本,卓越的可见性,无与伦比的生产力,安全性和人体工程学设计为操作员。
*驾驶与变速系统:
汽油/液化石油气叉车的日产,通用等高性能进口发动机符合欧盟/美国标准,效率高,能耗低,排放水平低。
TCM技术传输采用浮动系统,大大降低了叉车的振动和噪音。
美国IMPCO和PSI转换系统更高提高了转换效率,并且是对叉车性能的持续支持。
*电子系统:
液晶显示器提供有关卡车操作和维护状态的大量信息,它具有防水和防震保护。先进的线束,防水连接器和多单元保险丝模块确保电路的安全性和可靠性。
LED灯降低了能源消耗和维护成本。
*液压系统:
日本岛津多阀和齿轮泵,以及日本NOK密封元件。高品质液压元件和管道的合理分布有助于控制油压,并大大提高了叉车性能。
*排气和冷却系统:
Samuk采用大容量铜管散热器,优化散热通道。发动机冷却剂和变速器流体散热器的组合被设计用于通过配重的最大气流。
排气从消音器的端面进入,使用外部类型的闪光避雷器,排气阻力大大降低,烟雾和灭火器的功能更可靠。颗粒烟灰过滤器和催化转化器装置是可选的。
*转向和制动系统:
转向轴采用减震装置,安装了上下型转向杆,结构简单,强度更好,两端采用增强安装孔的接头轴承。
TCM技术的制动系统是敏感的轻型全液压,具有更好的性能制动。
